Functions & Duties of
DGM – Agricultural Inputs
The duties of the Deputy General Manager, Agricultural Inputs Officer shall include the following:
To be in charge of the Agricultural Inputs Section under the supervision of the Managing Director
To visit godowns, branch offices / affiliated societies and regional offices whenever required
To attend to correspondence relating to inputs section.
To present monthly progress report.
To arrange for procurement, movement, storage and verification of stocks of all inputs of the Federation.
To arrange for quick selling of Fertilizers, Pesticides, and inputs and to put up proposals.
To draft notes on the subjects pertaining to his section for the meetings.
To prepare annual marketing plan for the agricultural inputs.
To perform and attend to such other duties as may be assigned by the General Manager, and the Managing Director.
