Functions & Duties of DGM – Agricultural Inputs

The duties of the Deputy General Manager, Agricultural Inputs Officer shall include the following:

  • To be in charge of the Agricultural Inputs Section under the supervision of the Managing Director
  • To visit godowns, branch offices / affiliated societies and regional offices whenever required
  • To attend to correspondence relating to inputs section.
  • To present monthly progress report.
  • To arrange for procurement, movement, storage and verification of stocks of all inputs of the Federation.
  • To arrange for quick selling of Fertilizers, Pesticides, and inputs and to put up proposals.
  • To draft notes on the subjects pertaining to his section for the meetings.
  • To prepare annual marketing plan for the agricultural inputs.
  • To perform and attend to such other duties as may be assigned by the General Manager, and the Managing Director.
