Vision :

• To procure more properties and also to develop the existing land properties, so as to improve physical & financial net worth of the Federation.
• KSCMF works with the distribution of agricultural inputs like fertilizers & pesticides, seeds to farmers through TAPCMS, PACS and other co-operative societies to reach all the farmers and to enhance the social and economic growth of nation in the field of agriculture productivity and distribution by opening retail outlets for easy accessibility to all the farmers.
• Focusing on innovation in service delivery & we are open to new markets and ideas. Ensuring that farmers get minimum price for the produce grown, by procuring the commodities under various schemes like MSP, Price stabilization etc.
• Our view towards Finance/Accounts department is to include planning, organizing, accounting and auditing the federation finances and to provide excellent customer service with accurate financial information and for its financial stability.

Mission :

• To provide procurement, storage, supply and distribution facilities for agricultural commodities, implements and fertilizers by providing logistics by way of building, maintaining, renting godowns, warehouse, cold storage, green houses and transportation.
• To implement state and central government schemes relating to agricultural and allied activities by acting as principal or nodal agency.
